Meet Caliyah: The Heart of Giggles & Grace Foundation
Caliyah, our sweet and courageous 2-year-old, is the inspiration behind Giggles & Grace Foundation. Born with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1)—a rare genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow along the nerves—Caliyah has faced more in her young life than most ever will. From frequent sedated scans to throat masses, her journey has been tough, but she continues to shine with grace, strength, and her signature giggles.

In February, Caliyah underwent surgery to remove her adenoids and tonsils after doctors found that 65% of her airway was blocked. She’s recovering incredibly well and continues to show us what it means to be a fighter. Her resilience is the heart of our mission, reminding us daily why supporting families with rare conditions is so important.
