Caliyah, our sweet and brave 1-year-old, is the reason Giggles & Grace Foundation came to life. She was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1)—a rare genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow along her nerves. Her journey has been nothing short of courageous, as she faces challenges like masses in her throat and the need for frequent sedated scans and surgeries.

Despite these obstacles, Caliyah's giggles and grace inspire us every day. She reminds us that even in the face of adversity, there is hope, strength, and resilience.
